All template purchases are **100% non-refundable** once the template files have been delivered or the customization process has begun. We encourage clients to thoroughly review their template choice before purchase, as refunds will not be granted after these stages.
2. Refund Eligibility (Before Delivery):
If you request a refund within 7 days of your purchase and before any template files have been delivered or customization has started, you may be eligible for a full refund.
3. Non-Refundable Third-Party Services and Software:
Any third-party services, such as hosting, domain registration, or additional plugins/software purchased alongside the template, are non-refundable. These costs are outside of our control and will not be included in any refunds.
